• Extract color palettes from uploaded images

Color palettes are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always meet your expectations or requirements. The Service provides AI-generated suggestions, not professional design advice. We make no guarantees about:

• The aesthetic quality of generated palettes
• Accessibility compliance of generated color combinations
• Suitability for any particular use case or industry

Always verify color accessibility and suitability for your specific needs before using generated palettes in production.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated color palettes are not copyrightable. Color combinations are factual data and cannot be owned by any party. You are free to use any color palette generated by the Service for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.
